Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb for skiing, and the accommodations were quite spacious and comfortable. However, the delayed response to maintenance issues was frustrating, especially during the night with the fire alarm incident. Overall, while the spaces are great, the management could use some improvement on maintenance and customer relations.
My experience at the Lodges at Deer Valley was mixed. While the access to skiing and shuttle services was fantastic, and the rooms were spacious and clean, the dining experience left much to be desired due to poor service and limited options. The maintenance issues and the way the GM handled complaints negatively impacted my stay overall.
My stay at the Lodges at Deer Valley was mostly fantastic with clean, spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The shuttle service was an absolute lifesaver for getting around. However, my dining experience at the on-site restaurant left a bit to be desired, as the service was inconsistent. Overall, it's a great place for a family vacation, but make sure to plan your meal options ahead.
I had a pretty mixed experience at the hotel. On the upside, the accommodations were spacious and clean, and the shuttle service was super convenient for accessing the slopes. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn't meet our expectations, and the service there was a bit disheartening, which dampened our dining experiences. Overall, it's a decent place, but there are areas that could use improvement.
